Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to consist of replacing select roof areas of the existing Desert & Canyon Buildings, located at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho. The Base Bid roof areas amount to approximately 42,000 S.F. The Bid Alternate roof areas include a total of approximately 53,000 S.F. It is recommended that all potential bidders participate in the Pre-Bid Conference. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
