Supply, Delivery and Installation of Four (4) Shower Stalls at Dufferin Oaks Long Term Care Centre Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET If the Contractor fails to complete the work called for under the Contract to achieve project completion within the stipulated timeframe per shower stall, as outlined in Schedule 1 - Deliverables, Section 2. Project Schedule, the Contractor shall be liable to the County for such default and agrees to pay $500 per day in liquidated damages until the project has been completed. It is agreed by the parties that $500 per day is a reasonable amount to offset the actual cost(s) incurred by the County. The selected bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with the County for the provision of the Deliverables in the Specification Tables in Bids and Tenders to the ITT (the "Agreement"). The term of the Agreement is to be until all units are delivered to the satisfaction of the County by October 6th, 2023 or sooner. The County may verify all references submitted and reserves the right to reject any Bid unless the Bidder demonstrates to be skilled and regularly engaged in the same work as outlined in this ITT.
