Question Deadline: Mon Jul 24, 2023 4:00:00 PM (EDT) This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the Owner) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for Kingdale Road Culvert Replacement (C305) and Culvert Lining (C312) as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the Deliverables). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. Deadline for Issuing Addenda July 31, 2023, 4.00 Pm Local time Rectification Period Five (5) business days Anticipated Evaluation and Ranking of Respondents August 22, 2023. Anticipated Execution of Agreement August 30,2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals for any reason whatsoever, and to accept any Proposal considered in the Owners Best Interests. The Owner also reserves the right to award a Contract to other than the Respondent submitting the lowest Sub Total Cost Proposal to the Owner and the right to cancel this Solicitation at any time without obligation
