Construct and install a new Airnasium at the City of Boynton Beach. The work under this project consists of installing a new Airnasium (a pre-engineered open steel structure) to cover the existing basketball courts located at 1901 N Seacrest Blvd. Removal/ replacement of existing construction (portions of the basketball court, sod, concrete walkway, fencing, etc.) as necessary to accommodate the new structure. Miscellaneous upgrades/ improvements to existing basketball court finishes, fencing. All Bidders are required to submit a five percent ( hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bond is the Bid will be rejected as non-responsive. A one of the award of the Contract to the an acceptable 5% Bid AP selected firm. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by Bond, cash, certified check, or money order. The bid bond is to be authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and having a registered price and shall constitute a guarantee that the contractor if if awarded this work pursuant to the bid The City reserves the right to modify the contract language prior to execution.
