Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Russellville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Russellville will receive bids on a General Contract for grading, gravel, and concrete paving as well as the construction of a detention pond and outlet structure. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Russellville in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. For information concerning the proposed Work, contact Covy Brown at the Engineer's office. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, choose the most qualified bidder for the Project, and to postpone award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
