Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,200-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a 5,100-square-foot clubhouse / community center; day care center; and day care center.

This project includes the following improvements for the existing campus at ACH Child Services in Fort Worth, TX. Although each building has its own set of separate plans & specs we will be bidding both projects concurrently. The Base Bid will be for the Care House facility with Alternate #1 being all costs associated with Cottage #1.These are separate for accounting purposes only. All trades are needed. The Care House includes a new ground up facility. This building is 7,200SF and includes all associated site work + building trades and a budget around $6,700,000. We included a construction schedule for the Care House which is anticipated to be 12 months. The Cottage 1 project includes the demo and complete renovations to their existing facility which is 5,100SF. The budget for Cottage 1 is $3,300,000.We are currently building a construction schedule for Cottage 1 which will be included via addendum. Direct all bids/inquiries to the Construction Manager.
