This includes the removal and disposal of the existing membrane roof system, including insulation and flashing, removal and re-installation of mechanical devices including rtus, ductwork and gas piping, patching roofing at locations of mechanical equipment removal, installation of a new membrane roof system and sheet metal work, installation of steel access ladders, repair of existing wood fascia and trim, installation of metal fascia and wrap, and installation of gutters and downspouts and any other work needed to complete the project as directed by the Engineer.
