The Services may include investigation and failure analysis, diagnostic monitoring, design for rehabilitation, design development and review, consultation, pre-construction coordination, review of submittals, periodic on-site quality assurance inspections and building envelope testing. Service providers shall also provide, but not limited to the following: o Comply with Contract Documents referenced in this RFQ. These include: o The current version of the State of Texas Uniform General Conditions for Construction Contracts ("UGC") published by the Texas Facilities Commission on its website, and the University of Houston Supplemental General Conditions ("SGC"), which may be found online at electronically. o The current Campus Design Guidelines o Master Specifications Section 01 91 13, in the UGC, or in ASHRAE Guideline 0 - The Commissioning Process (current edition). Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications at any point during this selection process, and to postpone or abandon - temporarily or permanently - the projects at any time. Further, Owner reserves the right to re-post an RFQ if Owner determines such action to further and/or protect its interests. In addition to the requirements herein, Owner reserves the option to conduct additional selection steps to further establish a Respondent's qualifications. Additional steps may include, but are not limited to, scheduled visits to the Respondent's offices or to representative projects, and written requests for supplemental information.
