Award Details Contract Award Date: Sep 01, 2023 Contract Award Number: M6700123P0015 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: D6FDLM8NDEB3 Contractor Awarded Name: H&S RESOURCES CORPORATION Contractor Awarded Address: Columbia, MD 21046 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $2,728,884.00 3.1 The Contractor shall provide corrective and preventive maintenance of two separate Range Control facilities as well as 92 autonomous systems/entities located throughout the Greater Camp Lejeune Training Complex. The systems are spread across approximately 156,000 acres within a 40-mile radius. Specific systems and equipment, associated quantity, location, and estimated repair times (days) to include frequency will be provided to the Contractor upon contract award. The Contractor will not be required to operate the equipment. 3.2 The Contractor shall provide operation and maintenance (preventative and corrective) on electronic and communications systems and equipment throughout the Greater Camp Lejeune Training Complex. The systems and equipment shall be maintained at a sufficient level to provide full functional capability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A System Status Report in excel format shall be included in the Daily Maintenance Status Report no later than 8am Monday through Friday. 3.3 The Contractor shall manage networks, plan for network expansion, and work towards obtaining accreditation of systems to comply with USMC System and Network policy. The Contractor shall ensure the proper level of security will protect government assets and provide risk assessments to the Network and Data Center in building 1043. 3.4 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, internal communications, administration, and transportation for this requirement. Any of these items to include transportation deemed necessary for maintenance and not provided to the Contractor by the Government shall be provided by the Contractor. 3.5 The Contractor shall submit a Purchase Request (using the Purchase Request form) to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval prior to obtaining (via ODC funds) materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, or other items to perform electronic systems on-site repairs. 3.6 The Contractor shall then submit an invoice to the Government for all approved purchases. Equipment and tools will be Government-owned property and shall maintained in a state to ensure less normal wear and tear. Any items obtained by the Contractor via ODC funds will become Government-owned property. 3.7 The Contractor shall analyze electronic maintenance program to keep pace with technology and provide training relevant to electronic maintenance. Training shall consist of the basic operation of the electronic equipment. 3.8 The Contractor shall review and submit reports, perform organizational analysis, maintain, and update databases, system component, and test equipment lists. Work shall include routine operation, inspections, checks, and adjustments. Deficiencies discovered during preventative maintenance shall be corrected within three days or as soon as parts/consumables are available.
