Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for inducing all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items 1. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. See Demolition sheets as required. 3. Remove all Asphalt and Base in the Rear Parking and Drive areas, as noted on the Drawings. 4. Inspect and Investigate the cause of Standing Water in the Rear Drive Lane. 5. Excavate to the extent and area of the water source, and determine and repair that water leak. 6. Excavation Area is to be proposed as; 2 feet to 3 feet deep, at an area sized at 100 square feet. 7. Repairs are to be proposed as; "Found and Repaired a water pipe." or "Found the source of the U/G water flow, and create a piping system or drain system; to 'pipe' the found water, underground, to 30 feet beyond the North curb of the driving surface. 8.Reinstall select sand, soils and gravel, as needed to back-fill the Excavation to a minimum of 98% density. 0 Install 5" of Concrete as described in subsequent S.O.W., including all 3.proper Steel Reinforcement at the entire area of re-paving;... all in Concrete. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings as required for complete project.
