Project consists of the demolition of most interior light gauge metal and select CMU block partitions, suspended ceilings and associated electrical and mechanical equipment, controls, and selective demolition of exterior wall panels, exterior paving, and minor roof tie-ins. New exterior glazing on the south, west, and east elevations, and a new steel roof canopy at the west, along with a new entrance vestibule. The project includes interior steel stud partition walls, reception casework, restroom, workroom, and interior finishes for offices and classrooms, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This project requires that all contractors wishing to bid as the prime must be pre-qualified by the Office of Facilities and Property Management.
