The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to enter into a five (5) year Contract with a qualified Janitorial Maintenance Servicer. Pre-bid meeting info : Information to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting follows: In-Person: Please arrive early, between 9:30 - 9:45AM, to allow adequate time for check-in, so we may start the meeting on time at 10:00 AM EST. Upon arriving at SEPTA Headquarters at 1234 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19107, please check in at the Lobby front desk, showing your government issued Driver's license to obtain a Visitor's Pass, which you must visibly display on your person, and proceed to the 11 floor, room 11A via the first set of elevators closest to the front desk. All questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be submitted in writing by Friday, July 14, 2023, by 4:30 PM EST, to Matthew Dooner via e-mail at mdooner@septa.org. The answers to all questions submitted will be included in an addendum.
