Your firm is hereby invited to submit a Proposal for Construction Inspection and Testing Services for development of the Whitehall Police Department Renovation and Expansion Project. This Request for Proposal is part of a competitive selection process to engage a firm to provide Construction Inspection and Testing Services for the Renovation and Expansion of the existing building. The specific requirements for this proposal are set forth below. A. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Concord Addis has been engaged by The City of Whitehall Municipality as the owner's representative for the Whitehall Police Department Renovation and Expansion project. The permanent address at completion of construction will be 365 S. Yearling Rd. Whitehall, Oh 43213. Jerome Scott Architects (JSA) is providing design services for the project, and Corna-Kokosing Construction Co. (CK) has been engaged as the Construction Manager. The facility is constructed with reinforced, concrete foundation, structural steel framing, and exterior masonry, 3 stories in height with a total of approximately 17,980 GSF. PROJECT SCHEDULE Whitehall, JSA, and Concord Addis have established the following schedule for the project. This schedule is provided solely for the purpose of preparing a proposal for Construction Inspection and Testing Services.
