Contract Award Date: Jul 28, 2023 Contract Award Number: W912EE23P0085 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: P1YMN2WVL7U5 Contractor Awarded Name: CHIEF PURIFICATION INC Contractor Awarded Address: Grenada, MS 38901 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $54,000.00 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Chief Purification, INC CAGE Code 7FXM8, replace the backflush cylinders on our water treatment lines on Quarterboat 9901 and Mooring Barge 7403. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herein may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
