Renovation of a mixed-use development in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000324893 Mechanical systems upgrade and building wide HVAC replacement. This project will involve the complete replacement of existing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems for an early 1980s office building, going from traditional rooftop units to an integrated multi-unit Variable Refrigerant Flow system while the building is partially occupied. Only manufacturer approved vendors will be allowed to provide and warranty the VRF equipment specified. Substitution of VRF System brands will be allowed only by approval of Mines and Design Engineers. See basis of design for specific requirements. Installers of the equipment must be approved/certified by the manufacturer.
