In order to carry out monitoring and maintenance at RHL, DNR needs several landscaping tasks to be regularly performed: Mowing the landfill cap Mowing the fenced areas by the leachate tank and the equipment skid Clearing vegetation that could shade the solar panels Clearing paths to specified groups of monitoring wells Applying herbicide to woody growth around the solar panels, electrical panel, and along the fence lines of the leachate tank enclosure, skid enclosure, and gas/leachate well enclosures The Contract shall not be used for purchasing commodities or services outside of the general scope and intent of the original Request for Bid. Any modifications made to the Contract shall fall within the scope of the Bid and be rendered in writing and signed by both parties or they will be void. The State reserves the right to cancel this Contract in whole or in part without penalty The DNR in its sole discretion retains the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or accept or reject any part of a Bid, if deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Bidders are expected to raise any questions, exceptions, or additions they have concerning the RFB document by 07/21/2023 10:00 AM CDT
