Proposals are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly owned entity as identified in the Statement of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Contact the Buyer, via e-mail only, to answer any questions regarding the bid. Contractor agrees to perform all required Services relating to the Construction of real property owned or managed under contract by Cherokee Nation Businesses (COMPANY) located at NATIONAL CHEROKEE PARK, 457959 E. 1118 RD. SALLISAW, OKLA. 74955 (herein the "Project"). Method of Performing Services. Contractor will determine the method, details, and means of completing the Project. Contractor agrees to devote the required personnel for a minimum of forty (40) hours per week with the option of (60) to the Project. Contractor, at its own expense, will supply all tools, instrumentalities, and all building and installation materials for the Project, including, without limitation, paint, sheetrock, tape and mud, framing materials, insulation, patching materials, green-board, Dry lock, mortar spacers, decking boards and cleaning supplies, etc., until the completion of (1) 6 bedroom, (1) 3 bedroom, (3) 2 bedroom and (1) Large Bathroom, shower + Laundry, and Storage Building. This includes all tie-ins on all cabins and restrooms. The Work to be performed is described in Section III, Statement of Work and Specifications, of the enclosed RFP Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP Documents shall be submitted to the Company Representative in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed to, delivered or sent by facsimile to all parties recorded by Company as having received the RFP Documents. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Work to be performed is described in Section III, Statement of Work and Specifications, of the enclosed RFP Documents.
