Per Jeff Felts at IDNR no bids received, to be rebid at a later date This project will provide improved ADA accessibility to the tank room of the Spirit Lake Fish Hatchery with a new automatic sliding door, handrail, and wheelchair lift between the two hatchery floor levels. Bid results will be posted on the IDNR website (https://programs.iowadnr.gov/engreal/projectlist.asp) as soon as the bids are verified Contact: Jeff Felts 515-250-3712 Jeff.Felts@dnr.iowa.gov The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, at his own proper cost and expense, all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner, ready for continuous operation, the above-mentioned project. The work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the following documents, all of which are made a part hereof and collectively evidence and constitute the contract: CONTRACTOR's Proposal attached as Attachment A. Supplemental Information & Special Provisions as Attachment B. Project plan set. (Attachment C, 6 pages).
