Reconfigure Bel-Red Rd to repurpose one uphill lane into bicycle lanes from WLSP to NE 30th St. Add a HAWK signal at 2800 block of Bel-Red Rd. One-way cycle track back of curb westbound on NE 28th Street and narrow lanes to add eastbound buffered bike lane. This project is included in the City of Redmond's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 14, 2023, information regarding a design team and a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in 2024/2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
