The Brunswick County Industrial Development Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors licensed in the State of Virginia to provide Cost Plus prices for ongoing necessary repairs to all properties, buildings, etc. owned or operated by the Brunswick County Industrial Development Authority. Categories and scope of repairs include: General Maintenance and Repairs -- Cost-Plus Plumbing Repairs -- Cost-Plus Electrical Repairs -- Cost-Plus Painting -- Cost-Plus Emergency Repairs -- Cost-Plus Roofing Repairs -- Cost-Plus General Labor-Cost Plus IDA will be responsible for all building permits. All invoicing shall include cost details, invoice numbers and will be submitted on a monthly basis using Cost Plus pricing. Invoices are paid on the 15th and the 30th of each month, Emergency work requires a rapid response time. Proposal must include response times and methods. The terms of the contract will be on an annual basis with two subsequent renewal options of one additional year. Insurance: Personal Injury and Liability Insurance is required as well as a $1,000,000.00 Certificate of Liability insurance with the Brunswick County Industrial Development Authority listed as additionally insured. The Brunswick County Industrial Development reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Other factors besides price will be considered.
