The project is expected to be awarded 8/8/23. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Duly Executed by The Bidder as Principal and Having as Surety Thereon a Surety Company Approved by the Owner in an Amount Not Less Than (10%) Of The Amount of the Bid, but in No Case in Excess of $20,000.00 The Owner, Borough of Oaklyn, reserves the right to reject any or all bids as it may appear in the best interest of the Owner and the Owner reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any bid should it be in the best interest of the Owner to do so. Questions from Bidders are due by no later than Thursday July 26,2023 to the Architect via email. Repair damaged brick and repoint mortar joints. Construct a new roof canopy over the existing ramp and landings, with roof edge drainage. Modify existing handrails and railings. Lighting under roof canopy, wiring, conduit and photocell. Construct the new concrete sloped walk with guardrail. Inspections and approvals from local building and electrical officials
