Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Contractor shall perform all work required to be performed consistent with its Proposal dated July 18, 2023 for the Project. Said work shall be performed in strict compliance with any applicable plans and specifications for the Project and during Owners normal business hours. Contractors work shall not interfere with Owners regular business operations. Owner and Contractor shall jointly decide on order of locations in which work is to be performed. Absent joint agreement by Owner and Contractor, Owners designation of the order of work progression shall control. Contractors work shall be completed in full within weeks of the start of work, or as extended by Owner in its sole discretion. Contractor shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, all of the work required for the Project identified herein. All work shall be in strict compliance with Contractors Proposal and any applicable plans and specifications, including any and all addenda, the Contractors Proposal and all other contract documents which are made a part of this Agreement General scope of work consists of asphalt pavement removal and reconstruction, catch basin reconstruction, dumpster pad and enclosure construction and concrete curb and walk reconstruction. All requests for information must be received no later than 12:00 noon on July 12, 2023.
