Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Raynham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the demolition and disposal of the existing 2,000-gallon vaulted aboveground storage tank, associated structure, and buried piping. Provide a backup generator system or additional fuel storage for the operation of the existing generator while the tank is being replaced. Installation of a new 1,500-gallon double-wall storage tank, associated double-walled flexible piping, and fuel tank monitoring system. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the bid form. Route 44 Pump Station Diesel Tank Replacement - Demo of the existing 2,000-gallon vaulted above ground storage tank and associated buried piping and installation of new 1,500-gallon double-wall Fireguard storage tank, associated double-walled flexible piping, and fuel tank monitoring system. In accordance with Section 44D of Chapter 149 of the General Laws of Massachusetts as amended, the prospective General Bidders must submit with their Bid, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), showing that the Bidder has been approved to bid on projects of the size and nature as advertised herein. Prospective General Bidders must also submit an updated statement summarizing their record for the period between the latest DCAMM certificate and the date of the Bid submittal. The DCAMM certificate of eligibility to be submitted by the General Bidder shall be for the category of work defined as "General Building Construction".
