This project is included in the City of Redmond's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of September 13, 2023, the work on this project is mostly being done in-house. The owner states that they are not sure if the project will be put out for a formal bid due to the nature and scope of work. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
