CR#: 2131987 Contract Term: Substantial complete 11/15/ 2026 with final Payment in June 0f 2027 Second Street - Oak Street Rebuild & Rehabilitation The Project includes the following Work for a Base Bid: Full depth reconstruction of Second Street and Oak Street including new cast-in-place curb and underdrain. Replacement and/or improvement of existing water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer services. Removal and replacement of sidewalks at intersections where indicated on the project drawings to meet the current ADA standards. Crosswalk striping and street sign replacement. NYSDOT Specifications are referenced for materials and placement requirements. Prospective bidders should note that certain components of project work shall be included in the various bid items of the contract. Add-alternates may be considered for this project and are listed in the bid documents.
