This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d excellence en approvisionnement to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Small Work Contracting Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: Conseil des ecoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario, 2445 St-Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa (ON), K1G 6C3. Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. The Board is seeking to qualify suppliers onto multiple rosters of qualified suppliers (the "Qualified Supplier Roster") to perform small work contracting services with a value from hundreds of dollars to a maximum of $10,000 at a variety of sites within the following 2 regions: Region 1 - Ottawa and surrounding area o Ottawa area; o Prescott - Russell area; o Stormont Dundas & Glengarry area; and o Leeds & Grenville area; Region 2 - Kingston - Quinte Upon execution of the Master Framework Agreement, the respondent will be included on the roster of qualified suppliers (the "Qualified Supplier Roster"). The term of the Master Framework Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option in favor of CEA FRANCOachat's participating agencies to extend the Master Framework Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the participating agencies, on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) one (1) year option. The Master Framework Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by CEA FRANCOachat or until such time as the supplier is removed from the Qualified Supplier Roster.
