The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is currently seeking Bids to establish a Purchase Order for the Procurement of a Replacement Lift Station in the Employee Housing at the Stringfellow Unit, Rosharon, Texas. The scope of work includes providing materials for a lift station. Vendor shall provide a wet well and base mounted duplex pump package unit, provide float switch control materials, a new 3 phase disconnect and controls. Faxed Bids will not be Accepted. The TDCJ currently accepts hard copy responses. Bidder must submit One Original Signed paper copy. Question Deadline 07/25/2023 at 11:00 AM CT. Please be advised, the deadline for all questions concerning this solicitation. Any questions received after this date and time will not be considered. All communications and questions concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, shall be made in writing to the purchaser referenced on this solicitation. Subcontractors are not required by the owner to execute a payment bond. TDCJ reserves the right to immediately remove and/or refuse entry to any individual who has violated the above restrictions.
