Renovation of a municipal facility in Decatur, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 1, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will not rebid. The Project includes the following Work: Wet Insulation replacement and wood nailer replacement. EPDM roofing maintenance throughout complex buildings. Modified Bituminous Membrane roofing repair and replacement as needed. Metal roof panel installation and replacement of roofing system. Fluid Applied Roofing repair and replacement as needed. Miscellaneous shingles to be fixed, and granular roofs to be touched up. Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems, Roofing Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified check, bank draft, or a bid bond, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the highest aggregate bid. Contract Times: 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
