Special Scheduling: The facility/activity will remain in operation during the entire construction period. The Contractor shall conduct his operations so as to cause the least possible interference with normal operations of the facility/activity. An electronic copy of your bid bond may be submitted with your proposal. Failure to submit a bid bond by the deadline will result in your proposal being removed from consideration.
