The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide EVAPCO Cooling Tower Maintenance services for the Central VA Veteran's Health Care System in Richmond, VA. Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, Virginia 23249, is seeking potential sources capable to provide EVAPCO Cooling Tower maintenance. Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary for annual preventative maintenance of two, 2, EVAPCO Cooling Towers, to include all seven (7) cells as needed by RICVAMC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) and the Size Standard is $19 Million. Period of Performance is One Base Year with Options. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
