Includes all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the surface preparation, apply the paint, and dispose of any waste debris. The structural steel must be cleaned and have the paint removed in contained environment. The removed materials and will not be allowed to fall into the waterway or surrounding environment (substances removed from the bridge must be done in a contained environment) Equipment and material will not be allowed in the water. Quality control testing listed and described in Section 09991 of the UDOT Code will be performed by the contractor and results will be provided to the Summit County Engineer on site and followed up with an emailed report of the results to snielson@summitcounty.org
