Demolition, site work and new construction of an office development in Beeville, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

**As of September 20, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. It will be awarded on September 25, 2023.** The project will consist of construction of an extension to the Bee County Tax Office to include all cast-in-place concrete, carpentry, masonry, mechanical, electrical, and civil work as required to complete the project in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and supervision necessary to perform all the work shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications and shall deliver the work complete in all respects and in full accordance with the Contract Documents. All incidental services and materials which may be reasonably inferred as necessary to accomplish the intended end result shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR whether or not specifically shown on the Drawings or itemized in the Specifications. The Project Will Consist of an Expansion to the Existing County Tax Office to Include the Following Types of Work: Demolition, Concrete, Carpentry, Masonry, HVAC, Electrical, Painting, Other Classes of Work as May Be Required, and Other Appurtenant Items. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Issued by an Acceptable Surety Shall Be Submitted with Each Bid. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the County or Negotiable U.S Government Bonds (as Par Value) May Be Submitted in Lieu of the Bid Bond. Please Submit Questions for This Project Seven (7) Days Prior to Bid Opening Through website in the Q&A Portal. It is the Responsibility of the Contractor Bidding to Use Proper Scaling, Paper Width and Length, Etc. Failure to Do So May Result in Error in the Unit Bid Quantities and/ or Bid Amounts. The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and/ or All Bids, to Waive Any and All Technicalities and to Accept Any Bid or Part Thereof, Which in the Opinion of the County, is Most Advantageous to the County. In Case of Ambiguity or Lack of Clearness in Stating the Prices in the Bid, the County Reserves the Right to Consider the Most Advantageous Bid Thereof or to Reject the Bid. The County Reserves the Right to Negotiate with Any and All Individuals or Firms That Submit Bids.
