The City's intent is to establish an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Work Order Contract (WOC) with multiple contractors. Services under this contract will be on an on-call basis for a variety of projects, to include, but not limited to, pipeline rehabilitation projects, master planned capital improvement projects, maintenance activities that exceed staff resources, and emergency repairs and activities. These projects may be funded through federal programs including WIFIA (Water Infrastructure Financing and Innovation Act) of BRIC (Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities). An overview of WIFIA requirements is included in Attachment A. The selected Contractor(s) may be contracted to provide these services based on a negotiated scope of services and fees.
