Site work and paving for a road / highway in Munster, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of 2-inch mill and overlay of east 45th Street from Southwood Avenue to the Munster/Highland town line in the Town of Munster. Additional work includes selected curb replacement to be determined in the field. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Munster in an amount equal to 10 percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. BONDS: Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject bids which are prepared in such a manner as to make them informal. Bids which are obviously unbalanced may be rejected.
