SITE LOCATION: 1909 WOODLAND PKWY, ESCONDIDO, CA 92026 SITE LOCATION: 21850 WASHINGTONIA, DR SAN MARCOS, CA 92078 Demolition and removal of a 64,000 sq. ft. building, foundation walls, utilities, and site improvements. Restoration of the site by leveling disturbed areas, installing topsoil, and fertilizing, seeding, and mulching. Termination of utility services to the buildings at the exterior property lines. All work under this Contract shall be completed within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days from the date noted in the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The estimated construction cost is $1,975,000.
