The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for the removal of ash trees and stumps in the rights-of-way. List of trees to be removed will be provided by the City Forester. If a proposal is to be faxed, the proposal must be sent to a bidder's agent independent of the City of Bismarck, placed in a sealed envelope, labeled according to this specification, and delivered to the office of the City Administrator prior to the bid deadline. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck. Contractor must be a licensed arborist with the City of Bismarck. Submit the following documentation with your proposal. Licensed Arborist - Current and valid certificate. Certificate of Workers Compensation coverage. Verification of current ND Contractors License. Locations of recent work. Certificate of Comprehensive Liability Insurance. Certificate of Comprehensive Automobile Insurance. The Contractor shall acquire and maintain acceptable comprehensive liability insurance and automobile liability insurance as listed. The City of Bismarck shall be listed as an additional insured with waiver of subrogation on the policy for the duration of this project.
