Reference Number 0000316274 The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Professionals to provide as needed design, construction management and support services, engineering services, engineering studies and analyses, emergency services, and general plant operational services work for all Water Treatment Facilities (WTF) and Water Reclamation and Biosolids Facilities (WRB). qualified Professionals to provide as needed design, construction management and support services, engineering services, engineering studies and analyses, emergency services, and general plant operational services work for all Water Treatment Facilities (WTF) and Water Reclamation and Biosolids Facilities (WRB). The City intends to award multiple Master Professional Services Agreements (Agreement) to qualified Professionals under this Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects with a total cost less than $150,000. This RFP will be used as the basis for awarded Professionals to be included in a pool that will be eligible to be considered for design and engineering services on an as needed basis. All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Buyer Name, title at jmccune@fcgov.com no later than 3:00 PM MT on July 24, 2023.
