Blanket Agreement for Various Asphalt Maintenance, Repairs, and Reconstruction of Roadways, Parking Lots and around Training Projects for the Department of Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) Emergency Services Training Institute (ESTI) Annually it is estimated there will be approximately 18,000 square yards of parking lots and roadways to be seal coated, 10,000 feet of crack sealing, 50 to 100 square yards of asphalt repair required annually. Prices are to include all insurance, labor, equipment, tools, traffic control devises, seal coating, asphalt, base, paint and any other materials or products required to apply the described seal coating and asphalt repair. However, any individual project to come from this master order over $25,000 will need a payment bond and over $100,000 will need both Performance and Payment Bonds. Texas A&M University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities or formalities in the bidding process and to make the award on what is considered to be the best value to the University. Texas A&M University reserves the right to add or remove items/products/services on this order at any time. Texas A&M shall seek a quote from awarded supplier to obtain pricing, then issue a change order with added or deleted items.
