A performance bond and labor & materials bond shall be submitted by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. The amount of said bond to be 100% of the bid. This bond will assure the County that the contractor shall perform and fulfill all of the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of the contract including any duly authorized modifications. This contract will start on September 15, 2023 - December 31, 2023.
