The corrective work includes, but is not limited to: - The addition of posters (unlocking after 15 seconds on the opening devices of certain doors) - The replacement of the hardware of certain panic bars - Installation of a key switch on certain doors - Addition of astragals on double doors - Installation of an additional corridor to reduce a dead end of more than 6 meters (requiring the complete refitting of a toilet/shower for people with reduced mobility and the relocation of a cleaning tank as well as the addition of sprinklers and the relocation of a card reader) - The addition of sealing when passing through certain conduits in walls - The addition of contrasting bands at the nosing of stairs and tactile warning indicators at the top of certain stairs - The extension of handrails on certain stairs - The change in the opening mechanism of certain exit doors - Addition of bollards to protect the opening area of exterior doors - Addition of fire separation in certain exits - Addition or replacement of certain light fixtures (emergency exit display) - Modify the active cafeteria door and add a panic bar Consult the plans and specifications in Appendices 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e for all the details.
