2023 asphalt paving of the following roads: Ashtabula-Austinburg Road (CH 19 Sec. A-E) 5.36 miles, Lenox-New Lyme Road (CH 21 N-P) 3.60 miles, Plymouth Ridge Road (CH 20 Sec. A) 1.31 miles at the Ashtabula County Engineer's Department in accordance with the specifications on file in the Engineer's Office on Quotation #312. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting a bid and shall be accompanied by either: A bond in accordance with division (B) of the ORC 153.54 for the full amount of the bid; or a certified check, cashiers check. The amount of the certified check or cashiers check shall be equal to 10% of the bid, as security that if a bid is accepted delivery is assured. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope and the outside thereof properly marked with the Quotation Number, Date and Time of the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all bids.
