Renovation of a municipal facility in Yaphank, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLRFP1985 awarded to the Town of Brookhaven by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The Town of Brookhaven has established an overall 30% goal for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation (15% MBE and 15% WBE) for this project. The Contractor shall make, and document, all good faith efforts made to achieve the MWBE Goal. The Town of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town.
