MBE/WBE PARTICIPATION GOALS - NO REQUIREMENTS Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roof system and associated work. The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roof system and associated work. The Fall River Housing Authority (FRHA) has implemented a new prevailing-wage compliance requirement with the use of electronic reporting software program, LCP tracker (https://lcptracker.com), for documentation of labor-reporting obligations for construction projects. The LCP Tracker software allows the contractor system access and provides the required training and administration support for all labor-reporting requirements as specified in FRHA contracts. The contractor is responsible for submitting weekly electronic certified payroll reports in accordance with the contract documents. LCP Tracker software will provide required reports to the FRHA as needed. Bidders shall take note that this is a new process, and the FRHA Modernization Department will work with the contractor to support their online training with this process
