Hot In-Place Mill Recycling (HMA) of Existing Asphalt Pavement Mass DOT prequalification of contractors for the class of work of "Pavement Surfacing" or "Pavement Milling & Cold Planing" with an estimated three-year total value of $2,475,000 is required for bidding on this contract. Questions concerning this bid must be submitted in writing by email to: Steven Bucuzzo at purchasing@cityofhaverhill.com before 4:00 PM on Friday, July 21, 2023. Written responses will be emailed to all vendors having obtained this IFB from purchasing@cityofhaverhill.com. The contract term will be for one (1) year from the date of execution. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
