The SPSA TSU building currently houses several offices, but due to the recent addition of new staff members joining the organization, there is a pressing need for additional workspace. The objective of this project is to address the shortage of workspace by providing furniture that prioritizes ergonomics and ensures optimal comfort and efficiency for the employees. SPSA is issuing this RFP to find a contractor with ability to submit proposed structure, design and install furniture. The project involves the refurbishment of almost the entire building, including offices, tech work areas, and communal spaces. The specific items to be upgraded include tech work benches, desks, partition panels, adjustable desks, cabinets, and chairs. The project scope also encompasses the procurement, delivery, installation, and disposal of old furniture. Additionally, any necessary adjustments to the layout and configuration of the workspace will be considered to optimize the use of the new furniture.
