Question Deadline: Thu Jul 27, 2023 12:00:00 PM (PDT) Duration in months: 12 Electronic Auctions: Not Applicable The City of Campbell River is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of a comprehensive Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan that will serve as a framework to guide the development, management, and improvement of parks, recreational facilities and cultural programs in the City over a ten-year period. Proponents are the include with their submission a Project Schedule detailing the project duration dates from start to finish with all milestones and associated key tasks that are required to complete the work. The City anticipates the project to start in August 2023 and be completed by April 2024 Proposals should have a budget breakdown that includes: Hourly rates of each team member Approximate hours anticipated for each team member Anticipated disbursement costs Total price with GST specified separately Amount of assistance expected from City staff members (i.e. information searches, staff time required, etc.) A total budget of $150,000, excluding GST, has been assigned to this project. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time and for any reason, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or suffered by any Proponent as a result of that cancellation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
