Scope of Work: 1. Demolition of the existing baseball dugouts located at the Plainsmen Park, 1801 Verde Ave., Sterling, Colorado. 2. Construction of two (2) new dugouts per the final drawings 3. Work to commence as soon as possible after bid is awarded and to be completed by November 17, 2023. Small, Minority, Local, Colorado, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business 1. MWBE - It is the State's goal to achieve maximum participation of minorities and women owned businesses in the procurement process. Accordingly, minority and women owned business enterprises are to be utilized whenever possible. 2. SDVOSB - In accordance with House Bill 14-1224, NJC reports on contracts with Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Bidders who qualify as SDVOSB are requested to submit proof of certification with their response. Each Bid exceeding $50,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on State Buildings Programs Bid Bond Form SPB-6.14 in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. The Bid Bond may also be (1) a cashier's check or (2) a certified check made payable to the Treasurer of the State of Colorado in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid.
