Reference Number 0000325080 Boiler Preventive Maintenance at 51 High Street -Scope of Work: Two Continental Hot Water Boilers *-Shut down and lock boilers. -Pull inspect and clean pilot assembly. -Pull and clean burner drawer and diffuser. -Check combustion blower; lubricate as needed. -Check modulation motor and all linkage arms and jackshafts; lubricate as needed. -Check and tighten all electrical connections; check contactor pads. -Check flame safety relays. -Inspect, clean, and adjust rotary damper or its equivalent. -Check gaskets for leakage. -Clean front observation port. -Clean scanner lens. -Check feed pump contacts. -Check strainers in water feeder. -Check feed pump control. -Change belts on both blower motors. -Fire boiler. -Check and adjust pilot. -Check gas regulators for proper operation. -Check all operating and safety controls. -Tune unit for proper combustion and efficiency. -Start, test, and check operation. -Check the general condition of all related piping and components. -Inform customer of all findings.* General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item
