Renovation of a residential development in Lancaster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Renovation will include approximately 120 square feet on the first floor. New work will include demolition of interior flooring, fixtures and finishes and construction of new floor framing, sheathing, fixtures, accessories and finishes as required for the work. Estimated Cost: 22K The inspection is an opportunity to visit and observe the site only. Any oral interpretations offered at the site inspection are non-binding. Any questions must be submitted in writing to ACS,LLC, no later than 4:00 PM on the Friday prior to the date stated above for the bid opening. Questions after that time may be responded to at the sole discretion of the designer. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Replacing damaged floor structure and subfloor of a bathroom and adjacent closet of an apartment unit. The bathroom and closet will receive new flooring and the bathroom, new fixtures. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Workmanship and materials shall be guaranteed against defect for a period of one year after final acceptance. Project Consists of Replacing Damaged Floor Structure and Sub Floor of a Bathroom and Closet Area in an Existing Single Bedroom Apartment Unit. In Addition to Replacing the Damaged Items, the Bathroom Will Receive New Flooring and Fixtures While the Adjacent Closet Will Receive New Flooring.
