All Questions Due: 08/03/2023 by 12:00 PM The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified, Syntech Systems, FM Live certified installers/vendors, for expanding use of Syntech Systems Fuel Management solutions (FuelMaster) to Fire Station 15 and Fire Station 41, referred to as Phase 2. Phase 2 shall entail the turnkey installation and configuration of new Fuel Management Units / equipment at the two (2) existing Fueling Sites, with inclusion/configuration of/for FMLive. The City of Tamarac reserves the right to amend this bid prior to the bid opening date indicated by written addenda. Written addenda shall serve as the sole means of clarification. The City shall not be responsible for oral interpretations given by any City employee or its representative. The City reserves the right to cancel orders or any part thereof, without obligation if delivery is not made at the time specified in the solicitation. Bonds Required For this Project: No bonds required. The Contractor shall be required to provide acceptable, separate Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of One- Hundred Percent (100%) of the bid award. The Performance Bond shall be conditioned that the Successful Bidder performs the contract in the time and manner prescribed in the contract; and each bond shall be properly recorded with Broward County. (As stated below) the Contractor to complete each individual requirement within the specified and mutually agreed upon time frame (plus approved extensions, if any) the Contractor shall pay to the City the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($250.00).
